How long does it take to process an order?
Orders placed before 12pm: Same day
After 12pm: Next business day.
What about shipping?
Orders are shipped from Nevada. The carriers we use are FedEx Ground, UPS, and USPS. The estimated delivery time frame is 3-7 days.
How much do you charge for shipping?
Free Shipping On All Orders Through December 31
We charge a flat rate of $5.95 for USA shipping. Orders $50 and above ship free.
What is your return policy?
Your satisfaction is our top priority and we will do what we can to ensure your happiness with every purchase. We offer a 30-day from purchase date money-back guarantee for products purchased on pureyeva.com.
We ask you to contact us at info@pureyeva.com to get our return address. Once the return is approved and products sent back to us with a tracking number, please allow 10 days for the return to be processed.
To receive a refund on your products you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We are unable to accept returns of partial sets or bundles.
If you have received a damaged or an incorrect order, please email us at info@pureyeva.com with photos of the order you received within 5 days from the date you received your order and a member of our team will assist you.

Our oil blend is formulated to maintain its peak freshness within 9 months from purchase.
Does pure•yeva test its products on animals?
We NEVER, EVER test our products on animals nor do we work with businesses that do that.
